j333's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the j333 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your j333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j333 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond j333's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the j333 platform that cannot be resolved informally through j333's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
